Job Description
• Oversee the full IT contract lifecycle & vendor engagements from initiation and negotiation through execution, renewal, or termination, ensuring governance, performance, & strategic alignment.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, fostering innovation and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Manage the software, hardware, and cloud services approval process for authorizing IT purchases.
• Partner w/key stakeholders to assess needs, evaluate solutions and risks, and align with IT roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Coordinate license compliance, usage analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting.
• Serve on the cross‑BU IT Committees to shape decisions and direction.
• Champion use and improvement of vendor‑management tool.
• Manage a small team.
Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
