• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of 5+ global multi-channel campaigns per quarter across AMS & EMEA, driving consistent QoQ growth in pipeline and sales qualified opportunities. • Own end-to-end campaign management from concept through execution, partnering cross-functionally with product, web, creative, content, localization, marketing operations, and regional teams to ensure global alignment and local relevance. • Launch integrated global campaigns that establish category leadership and generate measurable pipeline, qualified leads, and revenue impact. • Develop and scale global demand generation programs, including webinar and virtual event initiatives, driving sustained quarterly MQL growth and audience engagement. • Manage and optimize annual paid media investment across platforms (with emphasis on LinkedIn and Google), overseeing budget allocation, performance optimization, and ROI. • Establish data-driven testing frameworks and performance reporting cadences, analyzing campaign results and presenting insights to executive stakeholders to inform future investment and strategy. • Foster exceptional cross-functional collaboration, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and delivering high-impact campaign outcomes.
