Role Description
The Wireless Connectivity Partner (WCP) Program is a strategic channel program that contributes significantly to VBG’s IoT and FWA KPIs. The WCP Contract Management Team is seeking a Senior Manager to evolve and structure processes to drive profitable growth. This role requires an innovative and agile change agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.
- Reporting and analysis lead for WCP program.
- Managing and prioritizing multiple projects in different phases simultaneously.
- Collaborating across Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Channel Ops, Finance, Implementation and Legal, as well as other work groups, to align on program growth motions.
- Solving business challenges via data-driven decision making and automation.
- Crafting business cases to influence executive decisions.
- Driving data integrity across systems via process improvement and clean up.
- Communicating program changes to stakeholder teams via both verbal and written mediums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Knowledge of FWA and IoT technologies.
- Advanced GSuite skills, in particular Google Slides.
- Advanced analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
Requirements
- An MBA (even better if you have one or more of the following).
- Experience with Channel.
- Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills with Internal and External Partners.
- Experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing.
- Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight guidelines.
