Job Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, preferred but not required
- Must be able to manage multiple projects from beginning to successful completion
- Strong organizational skills sufficient to plan, coordinate, track and manage several ongoing and complex efforts
- Experience with and understanding of process to retire applications/systems across large organizations
- Knowledge of or experience with the SDLC Retirement/Decommission process
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to create SharePoint sites and manage content
- PMP certification or similar credentials are preferred but not required

The role involves managing and executing the development, implementation, and training for the primary injury metrics tracking system and other safety incident reporting tools across Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and Health & Safety departments. Key tasks include leading the deployment of Company’s Digital Food Safety Solution and FSMA 204 Solution, defining system configurations, and establishing necessary reporting structures.
The manager will assume full responsibility for the performance of the Lending Operations Center, ensuring effective staffing, meeting budgetary requirements, and driving operational excellence through continuous analysis and performance management. This role also requires ensuring all lending activities adhere to established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while guiding the organization's lending strategy.
