Job Description

Hudson Global Scholars Operating LLC provides the best U.S. education to our school partners and students around the globe through the combination of best-in-class curriculum, highly qualified instructors, and personalized learning experiences. Our HGS Network schools offer students the opportunity to earn a U.S. high school diploma and prepare to enter top universities.

Overview
Hudson Global Scholars (HGS) is seeking an Instructional Manager to support the delivery and continuous improvement of our online K–12 programs. This role includes supporting our international schools, teachers, and students, which means the schedule falls during U.S Eastern Time overnight hours. Team members generally work Tuesday through Saturday between 12:00 am midnight – 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

The Instructional Manager partners with distributed instructional teams, academic leadership, and operational staff to monitor program delivery, support educator performance, and drive initiatives that enhance program impact and scalability. This role focuses on program leadership, operational oversight, and global coordination, rather than classroom teaching.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Support distributed instructional teams to deliver high-quality online instruction aligned with program standards.

  • Monitor live and asynchronous classes to ensure instructional quality, student engagement, and adherence to expectations.

  • Assist with onboarding, communication, and professional development initiatives for instructional staff.

  • Use program data, classroom observations, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for instructional improvement and innovation.

  • Coordinate operational aspects of program delivery, including staffing, scheduling, and instructional continuity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and school partners to optimize program implementation, partner satisfaction, and student outcomes globally.

  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance program scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

  • Support specialized program offerings, including faith-based curriculum, ensuring alignment with program values and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s strongly preferred.

  • 3–5+ years managing K-12 instructional teams, online programs, or global educational initiatives; classroom-only experience is insufficient.

  • Proven experience leading multi-team or multi-program online learning initiatives, preferably with distributed or international teams.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage and support remote teams effectively.

  • Proficiency with educational technology platforms for program oversight, data analysis, and performance evaluation.

  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of driving instructional improvements at scale.

  • Ability to work remotely during local daytime hours that correspond to U.S. Eastern Time evenings and nights, enabling real-time collaboration with U.S.-based teams.

Please note this job post is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the consultant for this job.
