Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Customer Service Manager to oversee client interactions, maintain high service standards, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through completion.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership-support capacity, enjoys improving processes, and can confidently manage multiple client needs while working independently — with access to tools, mentorship, and structured support.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee client communication workflows to ensure consistency and professionalism
- Monitor response times, follow-ups, and issue resolution to maintain service excellence
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and service details as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized service records
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience
- Provide calm, solutions-focused leadership in client-facing situations

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service or client management experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning and using technology and digital systems
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or LATAM
