Job Description
Reports To: SVP of Commercial Strategy and Partnerships
- Define and prioritize business and functional requirements for broadcast radio products, with immediate focus on digital audio monetization and advanced analytics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of audience measurement tools and digital audio advertising capabilities, including ad insertion, targeting, and analytics.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
- Coordinate closely with the Global Broadcast Business Development and Automotive Teams.
- Present strategies and business models to executive management
- Coordinate and identify synergies with video monetization team
- Set pricing models and commercial terms for broadcast products and services, including tiered offerings and revenue-sharing frameworks.
- Lead efforts to optimize digital yield and inventory management across broadcast and digital platforms.
- Work with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and profitability in all markets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for international growth, targeting key regions across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
- Engage with broadcasters, regulators, and industry bodies to promote adoption of broadcast technologies and standards.
- Represent the company at global industry events, forums, and trade shows to advocate for broadcast innovation.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with commercial technology vendors in Ad Tech, ad agencies and 3rd Party Data customers.
- Negotiate and oversee service agreements and partnerships that support product deployment and monetization.
- Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to ensure partner integration and service delivery.
- Build and mentor a high-performing global team across product and business development functions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Align team goals with broader corporate objectives and performance metrics.
- 10+ years of experience in broadcast media, digital audio, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record in product development, international and/or domestic business strategy, and partnership management.
- Deep understanding of audience measurement methodologies and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with pricing strategy and contract management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a global mindset and cultural fluency.
- Prior leadership in companies focused on broadcast radio and digital audio platforms.
- Experience working with broadcasters, and ad tech platforms such as Triton, DAX, or Trade Desk. Experience with Automotive OEMs is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments and broadcast standards across multiple regions.
