Role Description

This role is an exciting opportunity for a strategic storyteller and marketing leader to shape brand identity and drive impactful content initiatives across multiple channels. As Senior Manager, Content and Brand, you will oversee the development of a scalable content strategy that strengthens brand voice, builds audience trust, and supports measurable business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with campaign priorities, buyer journeys, and organizational goals. This position blends creativity with data-driven decision-making, ensuring that every piece of content contributes to awareness, engagement, and pipeline development. The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and operational execution. Your leadership will play a key role in building a high-performing content ecosystem that fuels long-term growth.

  • Define and steward a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging framework to ensure alignment and quality across all communication channels.
  • Develop and lead a full-funnel content strategy and editorial calendar designed to support brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of multi-format content, including blogs, white papers, newsletters, videos, graphics, interactive assets, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to establish effective content workflows and ensure alignment with campaign strategies and business priorities.
  • Support demand generation initiatives through SEO-informed content that improves inbound performance, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Elevate brand visibility through executive thought leadership initiatives, public relations narratives, and strategic storytelling.
  • Translate campaign strategies into compelling, on-brand messaging and amplification plans across digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies, focusing on high-impact assets that drive measurable results across the marketing funnel.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing with a strong focus on writing and multi-channel content execution.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement full-funnel content strategies that support demand generation and brand awareness.
  • Strong editorial perspective and clear understanding of effective brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and advising teams on high-impact content priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms to manage production workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, and social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Basic multimedia production skills, including video editing and visual content creation using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain high editorial standards across all content outputs.
