Role Description

This position carries out a range of research, analysis, and evaluation assignments in support of the MI Choice waiver and Community Transition Services (CTS) program efforts. Responsibilities include:
- Managing data collection and analysis for MI Choice and CTS programs.
- Compiling, reviewing, and monitoring statistical and other programmatic data.
- Developing forms used by MI Choice waiver agencies and Centers for Independent Living (CIL’s).
- Preparing and editing reports and publications regarding MI Choice and CTS program statistics.
- Developing and conducting training seminars for staff, MI Choice waiver agencies, CIL’s, and other stakeholders.
- Providing data and analysis to assist with projecting future long-term care costs.
Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Requirements
- Departmental Analyst 9: No specific type or amount of experience required.
- Departmental Analyst 10: One year of professional experience.
- Departmental Analyst P11: Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
