• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure alignment with program objectives. • Act as a project leader at the individual order level, providing direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams. • Coordinate project activities across technical, operational, and administrative functions, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. • Resolve technical and operational issues in collaboration with stakeholders, including quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing, and program management. • Provide operational guidance for current and proposed projects, maintaining close liaison with key stakeholders and customers. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations tailored to senior leadership and government stakeholders. • Provide strategic advice based on best practices, personal experience, and/or subject matter expertise to project teams, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Consult with clients to define project requirements, assess risks, and recommend data-driven solutions to complex challenges.
