This role involves providing front-line phone customer care support to life insurance policyholders, beneficiaries, and agents, handling inquiries regarding payments, policy information, or claims while striving to meet customer satisfaction metrics. Responsibilities also include developing a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and all related products, services, and processes, often involving fielding 75 to 100 calls daily.
The Event Support Specialist executes registration support for large-scale corporate events by responding to attendee inquiries via email and phone, processing registration requests, and managing hotel reservations. Daily tasks involve managing attendee support emails, processing cancellations/transfers, updating hotel bookings, and maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders.
