Email & SMS Marketing Specialist
Position Type: Full-Time/ Remote (US EST Preferred) - Salaried

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS marketing campaigns for our clients. You'll craft compelling copy, build high-performing flows, and use data to continuously improve results, all while collaborating closely with our creative and client teams.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo (or similar platforms) across clients
- Create and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
- Design email templates and write compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and client objectives
- Segment and target email lists to deliver personalized, relevant messaging to the right audiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with creative and client teams to produce engaging, high-converting marketing materials
- Maintain and grow email and SMS subscriber lists in full compliance with applicable regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in email and SMS marketing
- Audit new client accounts and provide detailed 3/6/12m roadmaps
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- 3+ years of proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and flow creation
- Proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for brand voice
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with eCommerce clients is a plus
- Experience working in an eCommerce or marketing agency environment is a plus
