About the role
The Senior Partner Manager, Partner Management & Alliances – Cisco is a senior leadership role responsible for enabling and executing Insight’s Cisco go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy across Field, Commercial, and Public Sector sales. This role serves as the central execution and enablement lead, ensuring GTM clarity, consistent readiness, and disciplined execution across sales, solutions, marketing, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Cisco GTM strategy alignment between Cisco field teams and Insight sales and solution organizations
- Translate Cisco priorities, programs, and motions into clear, Insight‑specific execution plans
- Own Cisco enablement strategy, GTM readiness, and execution discipline across teams
- Establish governance, operating cadence, and accountability to drive execution quality and reduce risk
- Monitor GTM performance, identify gaps early, and partner with leadership to course‑correct
- Act as the cross‑functional connector across Partner Management, Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and Operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on enablement impact and execution outcomes

- Clear, repeatable GTM execution that improves seller effectiveness and customer experience
- Strong operational discipline, prioritization, and accountability
- Effective cross‑functional influence without reliance on formal authority
- Early identification and mitigation of execution risks
- Scalable enablement and execution as the Cisco business grows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, GTM strategy, enablement, or sales operations
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed technology ecosystems
- Strong analytical, execution, and executive communication skills
