- Strong financial and business analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate data insights into operational and strategic decisions.
- Expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and innovation initiatives.
- Proficiency in project management and change management, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work varied hours and travel up to 20% when needed.
