Role Description

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of the advertising ecosystem, driving the development of a comprehensive advertising suite while enhancing data capabilities. You will be the bridge between technical and commercial teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Your leadership will guide the team in executing strategic product initiatives that deliver value to advertisers and publishers alike.   • Serve as a product leader across the Ads organization, driving and accelerating feature releases with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation including PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories using tools like JIRA and Productboard.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical and resource constraints.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and differentiate our offerings in the ad tech space.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality execution and iteration.
  • Partner with the Operations team to productize back-end tools for delivery, analytics, and insights.
  • Work with data teams to productize ROI-positive targeting techniques and bring data-driven features to market.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience within ad tech, gaming, and/or rewarded advertising.
  • 3–4 years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Proven track record of bringing new ad products to market and owning the full product lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, rewarded advertising, and the needs of both advertisers and publishers.
  • Experience with conversion optimization, audience development, A/B testing, and targeting algorithms.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Productboard, and other product lifecycle management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data platforms, experimentation, and KPI ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of key players, competing companies, and complementary technology partners.
