Job Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop project plans, assign responsibilities, and coordinate delivery across engineering, project coordination, and client stakeholders • Review sales documentation and project scope to ensure alignment between project delivery and customer expectations • Facilitate project kickoff meetings with clients to communicate scope, timelines, communication cadence, and delivery strategy • Manage project schedules, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure and services engagements • Conduct structured internal and customer-facing meetings aligned with project complexity and milestones • Coordinate project planning and hardware delivery with the Project Coordinator and engineering teams • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines • Provide consistent project status updates to internal stakeholders and customers • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are updated throughout the project lifecycle • Contribute to improving project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to support Redesign’s continued growth

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating technical projects in IT infrastructure, MSP, or enterprise technology environments
  • Foundational understanding of infrastructure technologies such as networking, virtualization, server platforms, and security systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate across technical teams while maintaining a strong client experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools (preferred)
  • PMP certification or progress toward certification (preferred)
