Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in the Banking and Mortgage domain to lead the development and delivery of digital products supporting lending, mortgage servicing, and banking operations.
The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and customers, ensuring that product capabilities align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Ensure product delivery aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and business goals.
Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to plan sprints and track product development progress.
Support mortgage lending and servicing workflows, ensuring efficient and customer-focused solutions.
