**How you’ll make an impact: ** - Serve as the OCM lead for complex transformation programs, owning strategy, execution, and client outcomes. - Advise executive sponsors and senior leaders on change risks, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies. - Design and deliver comprehensive OCM strategies, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, readiness planning, training strategy, and post-go-live reinforcement. - Translate complex operational and technology initiatives into clear, concise communications, executive messaging, and actionable change roadmaps. - Operate as a trusted, self-directed advisor who can quickly assess complex initiatives, identify areas of ambiguity, and bring structure and clarity to moving programs forward. - Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions across functions and locations to clarify requirements, resolve concerns, and build shared ownership of change outcomes. - Integrate OCM workstreams with PMO timelines, governance structures, and program milestones to ensure change activities support overall program delivery. - Measure and report on change effectiveness using adoption metrics, readiness indicators, feedback loops, and executive dashboards. - Contribute to business development efforts through scoping support, proposal input, and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
