The Senior Agency Success Manager will partner closely with agency teams to optimize workflows, implement marketing campaigns, and deliver tailored solutions that maximize sales performance. This position combines relationship management, sales strategy, and operational execution to ensure agencies achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate across internal teams to provide seamless onboarding, ongoing account support, and data-driven recommendations, while mentoring colleagues and strengthening long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Manage regional agency accounts to maximize sales production, retention, and overall partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide industry-leading support and resources for agency partners.
- Implement strategies and goals that drive new business growth and expand account penetration.
- Analyze territory trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven action plans.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns in partnership with agency teams.
- Mentor and guide colleagues, sharing best practices to elevate team performance.
- Partner with Business Development Managers to support larger agency engagements and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of proven success in sales, account management, or agency relationship roles.
- 2+ years of experience within the insurance industry, preferably in Property & Casualty.
- Possess or be able to obtain an insurance producer license within the first three months.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences both remotely and in-person.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft/Google productivity tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
