Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus
- Ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness that support employee growth and development
- Proven record of accomplishment working with cross functional teams
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a business development role selling consulting services or learning and development, instructional design and or pharmaceutical life sciences industry in roles with progressively increasing responsibilities that include either Sales and/or Business Development.
- Documented/proven record of accomplishment of successful sales/business development efforts
- Demonstrated ability to access key decision makers/influencers that can drive strategy and data purchases
- Excellent working knowledge in training/ learning and development and adult learning strategies highly preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as SalesForce.com and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly developed planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions in a changing environment
- Keeps abreast of data industry trends and finds new strategies to address
- Willingness to travel 30%
