  • Provide expert epidemiology guidance to cross-functional teams, supporting decision-making across clinical development, safety, commercial, and translational research initiatives.
  • Contribute to integrated evidence generation plans, statistical analysis plans, and regulatory documentation with strong scientific accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead and manage collaborations with external research partners, overseeing observational studies from concept through publication and scientific presentation.
  • Represent epidemiology expertise at scientific meetings, conferences, and industry forums while influencing internal stakeholders through strategic leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in epidemiologic research methods, including study design, large dataset analysis, evidence generation, and literature-based evidence synthesis.
  • Experience contributing to clinical development strategies, regulatory documentation, and evidence generation plans.
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as SAS, STATA, or R, and strong understanding of quantitative research methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborations and influence stakeholders across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to translate complex scientific findings into strategic insights.
  • Experience working in global teams and rare disease research environments is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–25% as required for collaboration and scientific engagement.

Benefits
