Planned Parenthood of Florida is seeking a dedicated Compliance & Quality Risk Management (CQRM) Coordinator to join our talented team. This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the state of Florida, ideally within our service area, to support collaboration with our health centers and teams across the organization.

Snapshot of key accountabilities of the CQRM Coordinator:

  • Support implementation and monitoring of the enterprise wide Compliance, Quality, and Risk Management program across Planned Parenthood of Florida health centers and administrative departments.
  • Collaborate with CQRM managers and operational leaders to align compliance, audit, and training initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Conduct clinical chart reviews and internal audits under the direction of CQRM leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Document, analyze, and present audit findings to identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with site and clinical leadership to support follow up and corrective action plans.
  • Assist with monitoring regulatory compliance including HIPAA privacy, AHCA requirements, Title X, OSHA, CLIA, ITOP, and applicable pharmacy and laboratory standards.
  • Promote a culture of patient safety, regulatory awareness, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, compliance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance, quality improvement, auditing, risk management, or clinical operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards including HIPAA, AHCA, OSHA, Title X, or similar regulatory environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Must have a strong understanding of and personal commitment to reproductive rights and the goals and responsibilities of Planned Parenthood.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Office suite is preferred.

Benefits

  • Hourly compensation range for CQRM Coordinator: Starting at $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and local market conditions.
  • Eligible for all applicable benefits effective the first of the month following 30 days from your hire date.
