Role Description

Serves as a team leader for the Business & Finance Procurement Shared Services Center. Manages and leads a team of procurement and expense processing staff. Leads the team in developing and implementing improvements to internal procedures. Manages workflow to provide a high level of customer service, accuracy, and efficiency to college/unit faculty and staff. Ensures compliance with university established policies and procedures. Performs compliance reviews for transactions and is responsible for all system approvals for appropriate transactions. Ensures supporting documentation conforms to university and office guidelines and policies. Works closely with department Finance Officers/Managers to research and resolve complex and non-routine issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of relevant financial/accounting and supervisory experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Dependability, accountability, adaptability, and team player.

Requirements

• Four to eight (4-8) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Workday or a large financial enterprise resources Planning (ERP) system.
• Knowledge of university policies and procedures.

Benefits

• The Target Hiring Range for this position is $58,700 to $77,200 per year.
• Ohio State will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
• Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
