Senior Planning & Automations Analyst driving demand and capacity planning at Snowflake

This role provides advanced analytical and modeling expertise to support value-based care performance measurement and population risk normalization by applying risk models to member populations for accurate financial and quality measurement. The analyst will operationalize risk and actuarial methodologies to support total cost of care evaluation, reconciliation, forecasting, and provider settlement processes.

The role is accountable for occupancy planning and space management analysis, providing support to ensure efficient utilization and optimization of the real estate portfolio by conducting reviews, developing scenarios, and tracking KPIs. Responsibilities include determining space needs through analysis, developing strategies, coordinating occupancy projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and reporting on program updates.

The Analyst for Vendor Management oversees the full lifecycle of vendor relationships, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget controls, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
