Location: Texas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position serving clients across Texas.
This role focuses on providing virtual therapy services, completing clinical assessments, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns. The LMFT will manage an active caseload, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver care that is structured, ethical, and consistent.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on clinical need
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals when appropriate
- Conduct risk assessments and respond appropriately to urgent clinical concerns
- Coordinate care with other providers or support systems when needed
- Follow state, payer, and organizational standards for telehealth delivery
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
- Active, unrestricted Texas LMFT license
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, or families
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth best practices
