Job Description

Role Overview
The Affiliate Manager will spearhead the growth, oversight, and enhancement of affiliate partnerships throughout Latin American markets. Collaborating with internal teams and global partners, this position emphasizes securing high-quality traffic, fostering strong relationships, and achieving tangible revenue expansion region-wide.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Scout, recruit, and integrate affiliate partners in LATAM, such as websites, influencers, media buyers, streamers, and networks

  • Cultivate enduring relationships with affiliates to boost performance, interaction, and loyalty

  • Design and refine CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid deals alongside the operating team

  • Track core metrics like FTDs, ROI, conversions, retention, and traffic quality, launching improvements as required

  • Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Product groups to sync affiliate efforts with promotions, campaigns, and local strategies

  • Guarantee adherence to brand standards, regulations, and company policies among affiliates

  • Identify and address fraud, poor traffic quality, and breaches of rules

  • Oversee affiliate tracking tools for precise reporting, attribution, and payouts

  • Develop performance summaries, projections, and strategic recommendations for leadership

  • Perform market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities in LATAM

  • Serve as company representative at trade shows, networking gatherings, and partner sessions as needed

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in Affiliate Management in iGaming industry with significant LATAM market involvement preferred

  • Deep knowledge of major LATAM regions, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru

  • Demonstrated success handling CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models with clear business outcomes

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities for diverse portfolios

  • Data-driven approach to analyzing metrics, spotting patterns, and guiding optimizations

  • Background in spotting fraud, evaluating traffic quality, and enforcing compliance in affiliate setups

  • Proactive self-starter thriving in a high-energy, results-focused setting

  • Superior organization and multitasking skills for juggling competing demands

  • English fluency mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese highly desirable

  • Ready to travel for conferences and events

  • Adept at working across LATAM time zones from a Cyprus base
