Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Location: Texas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a remote full-time opening in Texas. Candidates may hold an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license.
In this position, you will provide therapy through telehealth, guide clients through treatment goals, and maintain clear clinical records from intake through follow-up. It is a strong fit for a licensed therapist who wants a predictable weekday schedule and a role centered on steady, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy in a remote care environment
- Complete initial evaluations and ongoing clinical reassessments
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely session notes and supporting documentation
- Support clients with common behavioral health concerns through consistent follow-up
- Identify cases that require a higher level of care or added support
- Uphold ethical, professional, and regulatory standards in telehealth practice
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline relevant to licensure
- Active, unrestricted Texas LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a remote caseload
- Experience with telehealth or comfort transitioning into virtual care
- Reliable communication and solid documentation performance
