Role Description

  • Responsible for maintaining and recommending changes to Professional Services (“PS”) scoping and Statement of Work (“SOW”) templates.
  • Help ensure that templates contain language designed to manage risks in contracting with Customers for implementation of technical, consulting and project management services.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory guidance and client’s perspective on engaging with third parties for managing risk with third-party relationships.
  • Understand customer expectations and requirements in contracting with Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions for PS.
  • Coordinate the drafting of PS SOW agreements, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders (e.g., Professional Services team(s), Pre-Sales, Sales, Legal, etc.).
  • Review and confirm requested SOW revisions, ensuring adherence to applicable departmental and standard company requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with internal departments (Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services) and customers.
  • Ensure SOWs are drafted with consistency between Master Service Agreements (“MSA”) and Schedule A.
  • Maintain internally established service level agreements for timely completion of scoping and SOW drafts.
  • Oversee the tracking of new and existing opportunity pipeline for the PS scoping and SOW process.
  • Serve as departmental point of contact for the implementation of contract management tool (TBD).
  • Coordinate resolution of SOW terms through the customer SOW negotiation process.
  • Liaise with key business unit stakeholders and the internal Legal team to ensure communication and reporting of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal Project Management to ensure PS SOW time tracking includes milestone/tasks for tracking implementation status.
  • Maintain oversight of the scoping and SOW process status, as well as project implementation status reports.
  • Provide administrative and project management support for special projects across the department.
  • Maintain lessons learned documentation and lead feedback sessions with the PS Consulting.
  • Ensure status tracking and maintenance of artifacts in adherence to departmental standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining a training calendar and assisting with staff training in various processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contract management and risk management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidance related to Professional Services.

Requirements

  • U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations.
  • This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
