Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager.
- Strong expertise in facilitating Agile events, including sprint ceremonies and PI planning.
- Proven experience in backlog management, dependency management, and aligning delivery scope with business objectives.
- Solid understanding of Agile planning, estimation practices, and usage of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver high-value outcomes in fast-paced environments.
