We’re building bridges between online, social and land-based gaming businesses to create amazing, integrated experiences that keep players in the game.

As an Art Director, you will lead the visual direction and creative execution of integrated marketing campaigns across BetRivers’ brand ecosystem. You’ll partner with our copy-led creative director, and work closely with the creative teams, product marketing, and performance teams to produce campaigns that not only look exceptional but drive measurable engagement and conversion. This role balances brand storytelling and performance marketing, ensuring every piece of creative delivers both aesthetic and commercial impact.

You will set the visual tone for our creative outputs, manage and mentor designers, and help bring innovative ideas to life across channels including digital, social, broadcast, and in-product environments.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, producers, and agencies to deliver compelling, on-brand creative across multiple platforms.
  • Translate marketing and product strategies into visually arresting campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Review and approve creative assets to ensure brand consistency and adherence to design standards.
  • Partner with media and product marketing teams to test, learn, and iterate creative performance.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and career guidance to the design team.
  • Manage timelines and creative priorities, ensuring high-quality deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Stay ahead of design, advertising, and digital innovation trends to ensure RSI remains creatively competitive.
  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners as needed to scale campaign execution.

What You'll Bring:

  • B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in art direction or design leadership within advertising, entertainment, or digital product environments.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio demonstrating both storytelling and performance-driven creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging creative tools (including AI-assisted design).
  • Experience leading design teams or freelancers.
  • Understanding of video production, typography, and motion principles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with business objectives.
  • Experience in igaming, casino, or entertainment industries preferred.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally. #LI-REMOTE  #LI-DNP
