✍ Short Description:
The Project Manager will own the execution and delivery of client projects, ensuring all timelines, tasks, and deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope. This role focuses on coordinating internal teams, managing project workflows, and maintaining clear accountability across multiple accounts. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage several concurrent projects, and consistent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

💼 Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned client projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with approved strategies.
Build and maintain project timelines, tasks, and dependencies using project management software such as Teamwork, ensuring progress and deadlines are consistently tracked.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities across departments to maintain project momentum and clarity of ownership.
Monitor time tracking, task completion, and project scope to ensure projects remain within defined parameters and maintain accurate project records.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential risks to internal stakeholders through regular status reporting and project meetings.
Identify timeline risks, scope changes, or resource constraints early and escalate issues when needed to maintain project delivery and team capacity.
💡 Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in a project management role within a marketing agency, digital agency, or performance-driven environment.
Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects, typically handling several active accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project timelines, dependencies, and workloads.
Familiarity with time tracking, scope monitoring, and documenting project updates and approvals.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead internal meetings and coordinate project updates.
