Position Overview

We are a fast-growing proprietary trading firm operating in the financial education space. Our organization is analytical, performance-driven, and focused on disciplined growth.

You will be working inside a fast-paced acquisition team that values speed, accountability, and high standards. This role supports senior acquisition leadership in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, X, and other platforms inside a performance-driven environment.

This position is designed for an early-career operator who wants to accelerate their development in paid social and grow into a high-level media buyer within 12–18 months through direct feedback, coaching, and hands-on execution.

Position Responsibilities

You will assist in the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta and X while supporting senior acquisition leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the senior media buyer in managing and optimizing social ad campaigns
  • Supporting campaign launches, audience builds, and structural updates
  • Monitoring daily campaign performance and surfacing anomalies
  • Assisting with creative testing execution and tracking
  • Maintaining reporting dashboards and tracking systems
  • Providing clear, structured written performance updates
  • We are looking for someone who is:

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of campaign structure, budget allocation, and testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with X Ads is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel

Fully Remote Full-Time, aligned with EST

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $$60k–$80k
  • End-of-Year Discretionary Performance Bonus: up to 20% of annual salary, based on individual and company performance
