Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with 5+ years in Program Management
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred, but not required
- Large IT Program Management experience is desired.
- Proven program leader experienced in managing a geographically dispersed team of indirect employees and external contractors.
- Program Management experience in implementing customer aligned business solutions to include reporting, deliverable coordination, risk/opportunity management, financial planning, scheduling, and customer engagement.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; clear & concise communications at multiple levels is key.
- Solid process improvement background with hands on experience in agile development practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
