Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our next generation platform and product portfolio. This leader will be responsible for defining and delivering AI-native, platform-centric products that scale globally, drive customer value, and accelerate company growth. The VP of Product Management will lead a team of product leaders and managers responsible for shaping the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering high-impact outcomes across the product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic product thinker, strong operator, and customer-obsessed leader capable of balancing long-term platform evolution with near-term product execution. This position will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data/AI teams, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to drive a cohesive product strategy and operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives, market opportunities, and platform evolution.

  • Lead the transition toward AI-native products and agent-driven workflows, embedding intelligence into core product experiences.

  • Establish a platform-first product approach, ensuring capabilities are reusable, composable, and scalable across the product portfolio.

  • Translate strategic goals into clear product priorities and investment decisions.

Product Leadership & Organization

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global product management organization.

  • Define product management best practices, operating rhythms, and governance.

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to ensure strong product-engineering alignment and execution velocity.

  • Develop future product leaders and establish strong product ownership across teams.

Product Development & Execution

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration.

  • Drive customer-centric product development using insights from market research, analytics, and user feedback.

  • Ensure clear product requirements, success metrics, and execution plans across initiatives.

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

Platform & AI Innovation

  • Champion AI-first product development, including:

    • AI-powered workflows

    • Intelligent automation

    • AI agents and copilots

    • Embedded analytics and insights

  • Drive adoption of modern product architecture principles, including APIs, microservices, and composable platforms.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI development tools and product analytics platforms to accelerate product innovation.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit and strong customer adoption.

  • Act as a key voice of the customer in strategic planning and product investment decisions.

Business Impact

  • Own product performance metrics including:

    • Revenue growth

    • Customer adoption

    • Retention and expansion

    • Product engagement

  • Align product investments with business outcomes and measurable impact.

  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Product Management, including leadership of large product teams.

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or platform-based software companies.

  • Proven success delivering complex B2B products at scale.

  • Experience leading platform modernization or large product transformations.

Leadership & Skills

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex organizations.

  • Deep understanding of modern software architecture and AI-driven products.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Technical & Product Expertise

  • Familiarity with:

    • Platform architectures

    • APIs and microservices

    • AI/ML-enabled product capabilities

    • Product analytics and experimentation

  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and scalable product platforms.
