Role Description
Citygreen Systems is hiring two Sales Development Representatives (SDR) / Inside Sales Representatives to help drive new business growth. We are currently hiring for:
- 1 SDR focused on the United States market
- 1 SDR focused on the Canadian market
This role focuses on outbound prospecting, booking meetings, and generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, starting conversations, and converting outreach into qualified sales opportunities. This is a great role for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and being rewarded for results.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Identify decision-makers and introduce Citygreen’s platform
- Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and meetings in HubSpot
- Provide meeting preparation and handoff notes
- Help build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach and targeting
Performance Expectations
- Book meetings for Account Executive or Sales Manager
- Ensure meetings meet qualification standards
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
- Provide proper preparation and handover to Account Executives or Sales Manager
- Incentives are based on revenue outcomes, not just meeting volume.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales development, inside sales, or lead generation
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Results-driven mindset
