Job DetailsJob Location: EXECUTIVE OFFICE - DALLAS, TX 75254Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/yearTri Delta is seeking a Member Development Manager, Alumnae to design and deliver opportunities that support alumnae in their personal and professional growth while fostering lifelong engagement with the organization. This role is responsible for creating and facilitating program content, including virtual development sessions for alumnae and collaborating on initiatives that support collegians as they transition from college into the young alumnae experience.
The ideal candidate will combine their knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and professional development with strong project management skills and a passion for member-based organizations.
The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Alumnae Development & Engagement
Design and deliver development content for alumnae members aligned with the Member Development strategy including new member education, first-year experience, young alumnae initiatives, professional and leadership development, and community service.
Lead alumnae mentoring initiatives and alumnae dues-level benefits implementation.
Provide support and resources for alumnae engagement efforts and ensure website content is current and relevant.
Serve as Tri Psi liaison, supporting meetings, recruitment, and engagement of collegiate member moms.
Program & Curriculum Design
Collaborate with team members to develop junior/senior programming and transition strategies for 3rd and 4th-year members.
Lead VLC educational track development in partnership with subject matter experts.
Oversee the miniMBA program, including administration and external partnerships.
Manage LMS and Resource Library updates and content.
Communications & Partnerships
Assist with alumnae e-newsletter content and alumnae-related correspondence.
Research and recommend third-party partnerships for alumnae personal and professional development.
Support the collegiate Director of Lifetime Membership (DLM) with resources and guidance.
Evaluation & Strategic Support
Collect and analyze feedback on alumnae development offerings to assess engagement and effectiveness.
Consult on initiatives impacting chapter and member growth and development.

QualificationsEducation
Bachelor’s Degree in: Education; Communications; Organizational Leadership; Nonprofit Management; Psychology or Sociology (with a focus on adult development or community engagement)
Master’s degree preferred in: Adult Learning & Development; Higher Education Administration; Curriculum & Instruction; Organizational Development; Social Work or Community Engagement
Skills
Alumnae Development & Engagement: Program design for adult learners and alumnae members; Mentorship program coordination; Member benefit implementation and tracking; Community service and volunteer engagement; Experience with affinity groups and family engagement
Program & Curriculum Design: Instructional design and curriculum development; Experience with LMS platforms and content management; Collaboration with subject matter experts; Professional development program administration (e.g., miniMBA)
Communications & Partnerships: Strong written communication for newsletters and member correspondence; Partnership development with external organizations; Ability to support and guide collegiate leaders; Marketing and promotional strategy alignment
Evaluation & Strategic Support: Data collection and analysis for program effectiveness; Strategic thinking and alignment with organizational goals; Experience with member feedback tools (e.g., surveys, focus groups); Consulting on member lifecycle and transition strategies
Experience
5–7 years of experience in: Alumnae relations or member engagement; Program development and curriculum design; Communications and partnership management
Experience working in: Nonprofits, higher education, or membership-based organizations; Greek-letter organizations or similar communities is a strong plus
Familiarity with: LMS platforms and digital learning tools; Member benefit structures and engagement strategies
