Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required from 4-year college or university
- 12+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries
- Proven track record in second-line sales leadership and team management
- Leadership in complex cross-functional settings (operations, account management, marketing, market access)
- Strategic and analytical skills with strong financial knowledge
- Understanding of US market access dynamics including payer landscape
