Position Overview

We are currently hiring Virtual Travel Coordinators to support clients with planning, organizing, and booking personalized travel experiences. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy coordinating logistics, providing customer support, and working in a digital environment.

No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and onboarding are provided. We are onboarding multiple candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

• Assist clients with travel planning, itinerary development, and reservations

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms

• Manage booking confirmations, updates, cancellations, and schedule changes

• Ensure accuracy of travel documentation and client records

• Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure reservations

• Stay informed on destination updates, supplier promotions, and travel policies

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred

• Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Reliable internet connection and computer access

• Must be 18+ years old
