Role Description
Successful candidates will manage projects end to end by completing work plans, defining resource needs, timeline, and budget. Responsibilities include overall planning, direction, prioritization, and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client’s expectations and business needs. Ensures the ongoing process/system capabilities associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs.
- Manages multiple medium to large-sized projects or a single highly complex project.
- Has extensive interaction with the client.
- Defines and implements project and program management standards and processes within NTT DATA and across client engagements.
- Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations for project management process improvements.
- Responsible for all or multiple aspects of the project(s).
- Provides administrative and organizational support through the coordination of activities relative to each project management process area.
- In addition to regular project communications, responsible for preparing, presenting, and distributing project information to applicable project, program, or portfolio managers.
- Contributes to area by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self and others.
- Complete weekly status reporting for each project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years’ professional experience in Standard PMI and Agile project delivery/management.
- Required US based resource.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and effective problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
- PMP is a plus.
- An Information Technology Discipline Degree preferred but not required.
- Effectively utilize Microsoft M365 product suite of tools for the job.

- Starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 – $125,896.
- Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
- This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
- This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution.
