Job Description
• Run partner and client-facing conversations about technical integrations
• Call external APIs to perform data review and manipulate CSV and JSON Data
• Work directly with clients to improve their experience and feedback
• Own all aspects of the client's technical onboarding experience
• Define new SIS integration architecture and methodologies
• Develop deep product knowledge and provide API integration expertise
• Improve time to integration and drive customer experience
Job Requirements
- Experience with data integration and ensuring data consistency
- Strong experience with API operations, SSO, User Provisioning, Github, Postman Collections
- Ability to understand data models and apply this knowledge to customer projects
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and tools
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
