Role Description
Stronghouse is seeking a Warranty Service Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for customers who believe they are experiencing a warranty-related issue. This role is responsible for:
- Assessing customer concerns
- Verifying warranty eligibility
- Documenting claims
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing communication between customers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Gather detailed information regarding reported warranty issues and accurately document customer interactions.
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms.
- Create and manage warranty service cases within internal systems.
- Coordinate and escalate cases to the appropriate department (e.g., Service, Technical Support, Operations, Quality, or Field Teams) for resolution.
- Monitor case progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally to customers throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline warranty procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warranty claims as needed.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.
