Role Description

Stronghouse is seeking a Warranty Service Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for customers who believe they are experiencing a warranty-related issue. This role is responsible for:

  • Assessing customer concerns
  • Verifying warranty eligibility
  • Documenting claims
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing communication between customers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Gather detailed information regarding reported warranty issues and accurately document customer interactions.
  • Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms.
  • Create and manage warranty service cases within internal systems.
  • Coordinate and escalate cases to the appropriate department (e.g., Service, Technical Support, Operations, Quality, or Field Teams) for resolution.
  • Monitor case progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Communicate updates clearly and professionally to customers throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline warranty procedures and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on warranty claims as needed.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to management.
