Role Description

The Senior Integrated Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing campaigns to drive global B2B pipeline. Key duties include:

  • Develop and execute campaigns: Design and manage the implementation of B2B marketing campaigns across various channels like digital, email, social, and events to meet sales and pipeline goals.
  • Strategize: Create overall campaign strategies, including the campaign calendar, messaging, and content.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage resources: Oversee campaign budgets, production schedules, and ensure timely, on-budget completion.
  • Content coordination: Develop creative briefs and work with internal and external partners to produce marketing content.
  • Lead generation: Implement demand and lead generation strategies to fill the sales funnel.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
  • Program Management skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented to cross-functionally align and lead the team.
  • Strategic thinking: Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, demand generation, and lead conversion principles.
  • Digital marketing: Hands-on experience with digital channels such as SEM, display, social, and email.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing, for campaign optimization.
