Role Description

The Head of RevOps owns and strengthens a unified revenue operating system built on HubSpot Enterprise, ensuring core revenue workflows are operational, measurable, and built to scale. This is a hands-on leadership role accountable for revenue system integrity, lifecycle performance, forecasting clarity, and execution across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Architecture & System Ownership
    • Own and strengthen HubSpot as the central revenue operating system integrating subscription, advertising, affiliate, and custom editorial streams.
    • Design lifecycle frameworks aligned to long-term financial outcomes and evolving lifetime value insight.
    • Maintain clean, decision-ready data tied to revenue and cohort performance.
    • Lead first-party data strategy, identity resolution and enrichment, and audience identification systems.
    • Ensure every major workflow is measurable and tied to revenue outcomes, defining KPIs before implementation and enabling automated reporting.
  • GTM & Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Align sales, marketing, editorial, production, and leadership around unified lifecycle stages and revenue definitions.
    • Establish structured revenue operating standards in a lean, growth-stage environment and build disciplined system adoption from the ground up.
    • Shape sales behavior through clear stage criteria, activity standards, and measurable accountability frameworks.
    • Translate strategy into operational systems across HubSpot and connected platforms.
    • Coordinate external technical and development partners to ensure reliable implementation.
    • Evaluate implementation scope, effort, and financial impact to support disciplined investment decisions.
  • Revenue Lifecycle & Channel Orchestration
    • Architect multi-channel revenue journeys across email, direct mail, SMS, web, social, telemarketing, and print.
    • Build and optimize acquisition, renewal, retention, and reactivation systems across digital and analog channels.
    • Support salesperson-assisted advertising and telemarketing channels through structured data and automation.
    • Ensure clear attribution and performance visibility across all touchpoints.
  • Revenue Expansion & Monetization Systems
    • Operationalize affiliate revenue infrastructure including tracking, attribution, and reporting.
    • Support custom editorial monetization and sponsored content workflows.
    • Collaborate with CMS and technical teams to connect engagement, behavior, and revenue attribution.
    • Develop dashboards reflecting blended revenue performance.
  • Revenue Modeling, Forecasting & LTV Infrastructure
    • Design and progressively mature cohort- and lifetime value-oriented revenue models grounded in real operating data.
    • Build structured revenue analytics infrastructure that improves modeling precision over time.
    • Develop segmentation frameworks that evolve toward predictive lifetime value insight.
    • Define revenue lifecycle architecture across automated and assisted channels.
    • Improve forecasting accuracy through structured lifecycle and cohort data.
    • Monitor retention, renewal rates, pipeline velocity, advertiser value, affiliate performance, and lifetime value trends.
    • Establish closed-loop attribution connecting engagement, conversion, renewal, and long-term value.
  • Execution & Operating Tempo
    • Translate strategy into live systems quickly and confidently.
    • Deliver iterative improvements that compound over time.
    • Maintain forward velocity across initiatives.
    • Balance speed with structural integrity and scalability.
    • Convert strategic roadmaps into structured execution plans with defined milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery cadence.
  • Data Governance & Scalability
    • Establish clear CRM standards and maintain disciplined data integrity.
    • Maintain structured segmentation across brands and markets.
    • Ensure reporting infrastructure scales with company growth.
    • Maintain a stable, reliable revenue system as complexity increases.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in RevOps, GTM Operations, Commercial Operations, or Sales Operations leadership.
  • Experience scaling and evolving established CRM infrastructure.
  • Advanced, hands-on HubSpot Super Admin capability.
  • Proven track record building lifecycle and revenue automation systems.
  • Demonstrated experience building or maturing LTV- and cohort-driven revenue systems, including working with imperfect or evolving datasets.
  • Strong revenue analytics orientation including cohort analysis, renewal modeling, predictive segmentation, and lifetime value evaluation.
  • Experience collaborating with CMS or technical product teams.
  • Experience operating in subscription, media, publishing, or hybrid recurring revenue environments combining direct-response, recurring revenue, and sales-assisted channels preferred.
  • Experience leading CRM integrations across subscription platforms, CMS environments, enrichment tools, and third-party systems.
  • Demonstrated experience leading structured system implementations from roadmap through live execution.
  • Experience working with first-party data, enrichment platforms, IP tracking, or audience intelligence systems preferred.
  • Experience building revenue systems that integrate direct mail, digital lifecycle marketing, subscription renewal programs, and sales-assisted channels.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage.
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution.
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work.
