Role Description

Step into a key leadership role as our Remote Team Manager – WC, where you’ll drive strong outcomes in Workers’ Compensation claims. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, oversee claim investigations and resolutions, and ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant service across company, carrier, and account guidelines.

You’ll also partner closely with senior leadership—supporting the VP and Assistant VP of Claims—to strengthen operations and elevate overall Service Center performance.
