Role Description

SmithRx is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Senior Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating onsite and virtual interviews, supporting smooth communication across the hiring process, and helping ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers alike. You'll collaborate closely with a high-performing team and contribute directly to our company’s continued growth.

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction, ensuring every candidate leaves with a positive impression of SmithRx.
  • Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams by prioritizing clear communication, timely follow-up, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to improve the candidate experience and streamline recruiting workflows.
  • Develop clear and achievable goals, metrics & KPIs in partnership with TA Ops and TA leaders.
  • Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Represent SmithRx’s employment brand with professionalism and care in every interaction.
  • Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations and candidate experience.
  • Assist and work closely with the TA Ops team to manage both long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects.
  • Focus and drive compliance efforts. Ensure all we do is compliant. Look for ways to make our processes more efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field, with a minimum of 2 years or prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus).
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment (managing time zones, remote interviews and meetings, team coordination through Slack, Gmail, Zoom, etc.).
  • Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking skills.
