WolfSteel Buildings is a construction company that loves marketing! We believe marketing is one of the pinnacles of our success. We are looking to dominate through education, transparency, and community driven content.
To support that mission, we are hiring an Engagement Specialist to serve as a key connection point between our company brand, our target audience, and our sales team. This role is highly client facing, community focused, and plays a critical part in shaping the WolfSteel brand experience before a sale ever happens.
This is a full-time remote position.
A day in the life of a Marketing Operations Specialist:
- Work days of Monday-Friday, & some Saturdays (as needed based on workload)
- Working hours 8am-5pm (Central Time)
- Maintain and update Asana to ensure tasks, timelines, and priorities are clearly tracked
- Create, oversee and adjust internal marketing systems or workflows as the team grows
- Support Marketing Director and Marketing Manager on day to day tasks
- Assist with planning and coordinating company and marketing related events
- Generate reports and share updates with the marketing team and leadership
- Track and manage marketing inventory, office supplies, and related needs
- Order office materials and WolfSteel merchandise as needed
- Support general marketing tasks to assist the team’s daily operations
- Help document and update Marketing standard operating procedures for onboarding and training purposes
- Assist with the creation of infographics and visual marketing materials
- Support market research initiatives and organize findings for the team
- Upload and communicate what marketing content is being posted across platforms
- Ensure the marketing team stays informed and aligned on active campaigns and deliverables
