Job Description

• Create and implement a comprehensive Commercial channel sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Be able to train commercial reps on selling with the channel and develop their acumen around GTM with our Commercial Channel. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners with a focus on developing partners who traditionally sell to the commercial market segment. • Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell our solutions. This includes conducting regular training sessions, webinars, and providing up-to-date marketing materials. • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, including setting goals, defining strategies, and establishing KPIs to track progress and performance. • Drive sales through the East Region and align to our Channel Directors in region to build a commercial strategy within each of their territories. • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives. • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements. • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the tech industry, preferably in data security or cybersecurity.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
