Job Requirements
- 3+ years in ASO or related fields (CRO or experiment-driven mobile growth).
- Deep understanding of mobile marketing and performance marketing principles.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and user-behavior analysis.
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent research and critical thinking skills.
- Natural curiosity and adaptability, eager to deepen ASO expertise if needed.
- Strong client-management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working fully remote with distributed teams.
- Comfort coordinating across North America–Europe time zones.
- Solid project management and prioritization skills, thriving under multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and make clear decisions in fast-changing environments.
