Job Description

• Lead a team of strategic sourcing managers • Oversee sourcing activities for Tech and Workplace functions • Support key strategic initiatives that shape procurement at Stripe • Drive cost savings and increase spend under management • Direct more business to preferred suppliers • Develop strategies, playbooks and workflows to scale preferred supplier usage • Lead negotiations and supplier selection for high-impact contracts • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders • Ensure compliant contracting and supplier onboarding • Establish and monitor team OKRs and KPIs

Job Requirements

12+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
5+ years of people management experience
Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
Experience managing strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience with procurement in the tech industry or financial services sector (preferred)
Familiarity with procurement analytics and performance metrics (preferred)
Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
