• Work with a team to deliver customer operations insights • Perform research and investigation of business systems and problems • Interpret and analyze clinical data from various sources • Assist team members in identifying potential areas of opportunity • Provide analytics, statistical findings, and conclusions to guide improvement strategies • Design, produce, and support development of clinical dashboards, KPI informatics, and reports • Identify industry trends and integrate trend analysis data into forecasting and reporting processes • Develop a full understanding of clinical programs intersecting with the Performance Partnership program
